Ben Franklin Crafts Shipping Policy
We currently only offer ground shipping to Street Addresses and PO Boxes in the Continental U.S. Please include a street address in your shipping information. UPS & FedEx require a street address for delivery.
We use UPS, Fedex and USPS.
Additional Shipping Charges will be added for items 10 lbs and over. See details below.

Additional Shipping Charges
Each item on an order that weighs 10 lbs or more will incur an additional shipping charge of 50 cents per pound.
So, for example, an order that has a merchandise total of $30.00 with an item that weighs 15 lbs, will have a Standard Shipping Charge of $13.95 (see Rate Table above) and an Additional Shipping Charge of $7.50 (15 lbs X $0.50) for a Total Shipping Charge of $21.45.
Ben Franklin Crafts Return Policy
- You may return merchandise within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. If the return is the result of manufacturer defect, damage, or Benfranklin.com error, you will receive 100% credit for the merchandise and outgoing shipping fees. For these approved types of returns a UPS call tag may be issued.
- If returning unwanted items, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost from the original order as well as the cost of returning the unwanted items. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on these returns. Products must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
- Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip with your return, along with an explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the product.
- If your order arrives damaged by the carrier, please have the driver make note of the damage at that time. Keep all boxes and contact benfranklin.com customer service (custsvc@benfranklincrafts.com). Contacting the carrier for an inspection and processing any paperwork are our responsibility and your order will be refunded in full.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. When exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost from the original order and the cost of returning the item.
